Shipping Policy

All orders placed are shipped with Australia Post and a flat fee of $10 applies. At this stage we only ship within Australia and delivery times will vary depending where you are located.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address as we take no responsibility if the mailing address entered is incorrect. If you enter the incorrect address please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible to notify us.

Refund Policy

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Cali and Sol is not required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect sizing or selection. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund an item if they are defected or damaged. Please note we do thoroughly check each pair of shoes before they are sent out to ensure you are not receiving damaged goods.

In a case where a refund is requested you will be offered an option to exchange or for us to issue you a store credit (for the cost of the items returning is the sole responsibility of the customer).

Any items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once your order has been placed, we can make amendments to sizes/colour providing the alternative item is in stock. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, we can offer you a store credit for the value of your order should you wish to cancel your order after you have placed it.


Please note in the event of a refund if your order has already been dispatched to you the shipping costs will not be eligible for refund.

RETURNS

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do accept returns. 

Should you require an exchange for sizing needs please contact us at [email protected] to receive your returns form. Once your return items are received a store credit will be issued for the value of the items purchasedwill be issued to you via email (valid for a period of twelve months) for you to re-purchase the new sizes you require.

You will be required to cover the cost of the shipping charge again, however should the return of the order be our error we will gladly cover the shipping costs to re-send your item.

All items must be arranged to be returned to us in sellable condition (buckles done up and in original packaging) within 7 days of receiving them, any returned items must be received in original condition & unworn.
